Each tea has an energy powder base(citrus, berry, orange, ect) then unsweetened green tea, followed by your choice of flavors. All teas are sugar free, contain 2g of carbs, and range in caffeine content(this is noted on flavor listings)
*flavors contain Sucralose or Stevia.
Directions : Fill the bottom of a 32 ounce cup with warm or cold water add the loaded tea mix and swirl gently until dissolved. Add ice and water until the cup is completely full. Stir well and enjoy!
